Clients are responsible for all import‑related charges, including taxes, duties, customs fees, and any reception or clearance costs at the destination. These fees are not included unless explicitly stated in the client’s quote or invoice.

Because our products include electronic components, LED modules, and power systems, additional packaging and handling measures may be required. Insurance is available upon request and may be recommended for high‑value or fragile shipments.
