1.2. All quotes, sales orders, invoices, and financial transactions are issued and processed by Shiny SunShine Ltd.
1.3. These Terms apply to your use of the CultiLight website and to any products or services purchased through our quotes, purchase orders, or invoices.

3. Products
3.1. CultiLight specializes in custom engineered LED horticultural lighting systems, including LED modules, power drivers, controllers, cables, and related accessories.
3.2. All lighting products are ETL certified, and certain models may also carry DLC certification, depending on configuration and component selection.
3.3. CultiLight products may include third party components such as LED drivers, controllers, power supplies, and accessories manufactured by other brands. Warranty coverage for these components is provided according to the manufacturer’s terms and may differ from the warranty offered on CultiLight engineered components.
3.4. All products are custom built to client specifications unless otherwise stated.
3.5. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images; however, we do not guarantee that any content on the website is error free, complete, or current.
3.6. Product specifications, component availability, and certification options may change without notice.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1. Orders are not placed through the website. All orders are processed through quotes, purchase orders, and Sales Orders issued by Shiny SunShine Ltd.
4.2. Production begins once the required deposit has been received.
4.3. Upon completion of production, an invoice is issued for the remaining balance.
4.4. Unless otherwise stated in the quote, sales order, or invoice, the remaining balance of an order is due upon completion of production, and all additional fees must be paid before the goods are shipped or released.
4.5. Payment terms may vary depending on the product, order size, and client requirements. All binding payment terms are specified in the client’s quote, sales order, or invoice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We ship worldwide using trusted carriers.
5.2. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, and destination.
5.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
5.4. Clients are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quote or invoice.
5.5. Shipping terms, insurance options, and handling requirements for electronic equipment are defined in the client’s quote or invoice.
6. Warranty
6.1. Warranty coverage varies depending on the product type and component (e.g., LED modules, power drivers, cables, controllers, accessories).
6.2. Specific warranty terms are provided in the client’s quote, invoice, or accompanying product documentation.
6.3. Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, environmental damage, or issues caused by third party electrical systems.
6.4. Warranty coverage for third party components is governed by the manufacturer’s own policies.
7. Returns, Repairs, and Replacements
7.1. Because all lighting systems and components are custom built, returns are not accepted once production has begun.
7.2. Repair or replacement options depend on the specific product and component. Evaluation is required before determining the appropriate remedy.
7.3. Any defective items must be reported promptly for assessment.
7.4. Shipping costs for warranty evaluations may be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of our products.
8.2. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service.
